Small group personal training offered

Nov 14, 2012

MedWest Health & Fitness Center, in Clyde, announced the start of new Small Group Personal Training.

Personal training has long been used to help participants lose weight, gain muscle definition, build confidence, and improve overall quality of life. This is now available at a cheaper price, and can be done with family and friends.

“With increasing demand, proven success in the industry, higher exercise adherence and the ability for participants to save money while training with their peers, small group personal training is quickly becoming a popular and successful service,” said Scott Collins, MedWest Health & Fitness Center’s exercise physiologist.  “Group personal training includes all the benefits of a one-on-one session, but without the heavy price tag.”

Packages are offered for two to five participants in 30-or 45-minute sessions. Contact the fitness staff at 452-8099 or visit the center at 75 LeRoy George Dr.
