Smoky Mountain Dog Bakery Donates People Cookies?

Walt Cook, owner of Smoky Mountain Dog Bakery, will be baking and donating dessert cookies for Sarge's Dogs and Suds fundraiser on Thursday, May 16 from 6:00-9:00pm, at The Frog Level Brewing Company.  Cook has tickets for the event available at his store located at 102 N. Main Street in Waynesville.

Former restaurateur Cook said, “I baked for people for 40 years before going to the dogs. Now when I hear a bark I know it’s because the food is a success.”

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. 

Advance tickets can also be purchased at Sarge’s Adoption Center, 256 Industrial Park Drive in Waynesville and Mountain Dreams Realty, 3457 Soco Road in Maggie Valley.

Sponsors for Dogs and Suds are the Tourism Development Authority, Smoky Mountain Dog Bakery, Frog Level Brewing Company and Blueridge BBQ which is supplying the dogs with toppings and chips.
