Spring fling was fun

On Saturday, June 23, the Waynesville Kiwanis and Waynesville Parks and Recreation Department hosted the second annual "Spring Fling."  it was a free community event. There was a dog show for kids, several inflatables, animals, tube rides in Richland Creek, a water slide and arts and crafts.
