1939 – 2012

WAYNESVILLE  — Tari Fischer Antes, 73, Waynesville, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, Oct. 2, at Homestead Hospice House. She was born April 12, 1939, to the late Martin and Elizabeth Fischer.

She was a volunteer at MedWest-Haywood Medical Center.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Tari Lynne and Richard C. Tirrell.

Services will be at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5, at Life Church, 601 Westwood Circle, in Waynesville.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Homestead at MedWest or the MedWest Hospital Volunteers.
