WILKESBORO — Terry Phillip ‘Phil’ Revis, 64, of Millers Creek, Wilkesboro, passed away at his residence Tuesday evening, Sept. 18, 2012. Phil was retired as the chief of investigations for the N.C. Department of Juvenile Justice, and was a State Trooper with the North Carolina Highway Patrol. He was a member of Oakwoods Baptist Church.

Visitation will be  from 11:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at Oakwoods Baptist Church, in Wilkesboro, with the service following at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Scenic Memorial Gardens.
