The Haywood County Arts Council’s Gallery 86 is currently hosting an exhibition, “Fire & Ice: Pottery, Glass, and Metalwork” through Saturday, Feb. 9. Gallery hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. An artist's reception is coming up from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25.

“Fire & Ice: Pottery, Glass, and Metalwork” celebrates the heating and cooling process involved in the making of pottery, glass, and metal work.
