Caroline Klapper
Caroline Klapper is a native of Louisiana, but since 2010, she has made her home in the mountains of Western North Carolina. She has worked for newspapers all over the south, including Louisiana, South Carolina and Florida and is currently a staff writer for The Mountaineer.
