Sometimes "Merry Christmas" is just "Not Merry." Are you feeling "blue" because you are facing the holidays without a loved one? Maybe you are living with health issues or wondering about your future. Maybe you have lost a job or you are dealing with financial concerns. Maybe you are dealing with a lack of hope.
