Two suspects in a triple homicide case in Cocke County, Tennessee, were arrested Tuesday afternoon in the Max Patch area of Haywood County.

According to the Knoxville News Sentinel, Marsha Shelton and Adam Edwards are suspected of burning a trailer Saturday night in the Grassy Fork community that contained 39-year-old Terri Henderson, 35-year-old Sherman Ellison and their 2-year-old son, Riley.

Haywood County Sheriff Bobby Suttles said Cocke County deputies located the suspects and chased them into Haywood County. The couple was apprehended after they crashed their vehicle and are in custody at the Haywood County Jail awaiting extradition to Cocke County.

The Knoxville News Sentinel reported no motive has been found but Edwards was a neighbor of the family who died in the fire.

Cocke County Sheriff's Office, Haywood County Sheriff's Office and North Carolina Highway Patrol all responded to the chase.
