Tuscola really needs a homecoming win

All Tuscola wants for homecoming is a win.  For the first time since 2006, and for only the third time in school history, the Mountaineers find themselves sitting at 0-5 with nearly half of the season behind them.  The 2012 team now sits at a crossroads with two very different paths to choose between.
The 1971 Mountaineers were the first team in school history to start 0-5, but went 5-0 in the second half of the season to finish with a 5-5 record.  
In those days, a 5-5 team did not qualify for the playoffs, but the very next year Tuscola claimed its only state championship since the 1966 consolidation.  
On the other hand, you have the 2006 Mountaineers who started 0-5 and finished with a 2-9 record, the worst in school history.  That team was only able to pull out two three-point victories ...
