Two Waynesville men arrested on indictments

On Jan. 18, deputies arrested Preston Jackson Hall, 24, of Babb Street, Waynesville for indictments charging him with conspiracy to traffic opium or heroin.

He was jailed under $15,000 secured bond.

Jeffery Eugene Cabe was also arrested on indictments charging him with being a habitual felon. The 41-year-old of Lum Boone Circle, Waynesville, was jailed under $30,000 secured bond. Both will appear in court Feb. 13.

Jan. 17: Angela Michelle Panther was charged with larceny.

Jan. 17: Fenton Richard Skidmore was charged with failure to pay child support.

Jan. 17: Francis H. Keane was charged with trespassing.

Jan. 17: Matthew Francis Ripley was charged with domestic assault on a female and driving while impaired.

Jan. 17: Christopher Cody Phillips was charged with failure to pay child support.

Jan. 18: Jeremy William Bolin was charged with failure to appear in court for driving with a revoked license, fictitious tag and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 18: Catherine Charlene Ammons was charged with cyberstalking.

Jan. 18: Carla Jane Worley was charged with simple assault.

Jan. 19: Timothy O’Brian Warren was charged with driving while impaired and failure to maintain lane control.

Jan. 19: Bryce Alexander Lobaugh was charged with failure to appear in court.

Jan. 19: Erica Renee Stallard was charged with resisting a public officer and underage drinking.

Jan. 19: Charlene M. Parker was charged with failure to appear in court for violation of unsupervised probation. She was also charged with criminal summons for worthless check fraud.

Jan. 19: Jonathan Craig Leabhart was charged with driving while impaired and running a stop sign.

Jan. 20: Mitchell Murphy Hill was charged with probation violations and failure to appear in court for probation violations and driving while impaired.

Jan. 20: David Warren Hooper Jr. was charged with failure to appear in court for possession of marijuana.

Jan. 20: Roldan Hernandez Cruz was charged with domestic criminal trespassing.

Jan. 20: Christie Ann Carver was charged with misdemeanor child abuse.

Jan. 20: Gregory Dillon Perez was charged with injury to personal property and communicating threats.

Jan. 21: Ronnie Lee McIntosh was charged with driving while impaired.

Jan. 21: Sean Anthony Kersnowski was charged with assault on a female and trespassing.

Jan. 22: Daniel Lee Johnson was charged with criminal damage to property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and contempt of court, perjury and court violations.

Jan. 22: Ivey Leshane Henry was charged with failure to pay child support.

Jan. 22: Jenny Elaine Wilds was charged with assault inflicting serious injury.
