Uncle Elvis & the Flea Bitten Dawgs will perform March 8, 2013 as part of the Classic Wineseller’s weekly Friday Night Live music series at 20 Church Street, Waynesville.

Originally from St. Louis, Lee Kram’s strong improvisational nature has provided the percussion support to drive a number of groups over the years, from Grateful Dead cover bands, to the bluegrass and Americana sounds of the Timbler Rattlers.

Thom Pallozola began playing the ukulele at age 10, and picked up his first guitar in 1962. He also plays mouthbow, banjo, bass, and mandolin. Crowds know him from 710, Racketbox, and duo work, plus his gig for pint-sized music lovers: the Babaloo and T-Bone Respec-a-lecka-high Songwriting Workshop for kids.

Influenced by Elvis Pressley and Motown, David Henry Spangler has been picking since 1961. He originally played with the Shandells. Spangler also plays guitar, bass, mandolin and ukulele. He’s performed with Racketbox, Red Headed Strangers, Barr Band and now, the Flea Bitten Dawgs.

Each week the Classic Wineseller's popular Friday Night Live music series showcases local, regional, and on occasion--national talent.
