Gallery Talk and Film Screening with Mel Chin

Internationally admired artist Mel Chin will present his animated, award-winning film 9-11 / 9-11, followed by a personal tour of his exhibition High, Low & In Between. The film is based on a 2002 graphic novel that Mel Chin wrote under the pen name “Ignacio Moreles”, and is a complex work of art that speaks to history, current events, politics, and society. After the film screening, Mel will speak about the many sculptures and installations in the gallery.
