Canton Branch Library’s TAG/Teen Book Club will meet on Thursday, Feb. 6, at 4:30 p.m. to discuss and share artwork inspired by the book City of Bones by Cassandra Clare.
Sign-up for the Memoir Writing Class on Tuesday, Feb. 11, starting at 5:15 p.m. at the Canton Branch Library. Participants will be guided on the basics of how to document their personal stories by writer and former English professor Dr. Polly Davis. No previous writing experience required. Space is limited. Teens are invited to stop by and make valentines for Valentine’s Day at a Teen Valentine Workshop on Wednesday, Feb. 12, at 4 p.m. at the Canton Branch Library.
Tweens are invited to make Valentine “marble art” at a Tween Valentine Workshop on Thursday, Feb. 13, at 4 p.m. at the Canton Branch Library.
On Sunday, Feb. 16, at 3 p.m., the Haywood County Arts Council presents the Steve Trissman Ensemble (jazz mix) as part of their Sunday Concert Series at the Canton Branch Library.
The Canton Book Club will be meeting on Thursday, Feb. 20, to discuss books by author Rita Mae Brown. New members are always welcome.
