Use alternate number to call 9-1-1 if there's a busy signal

Mar 08, 2017

AT&T Mobility is experiencing a service outage that is impacting the ability to deliver AT&T Mobility wireless 911 calls, according to Lindsay Regner, spokesperson for the Haywood County Sheriff's Office.

AT&T teams are working to resolve the issue.

This issue appears to be widespread, not limited to western North Carolina. Those who need to dial 911 in Haywood County and receive a busy signal should call 452-6600.
