Veterans Day program held with THS ROTC

Dec 16, 2013

Veterans from Smoky Mountain Health and Rehabilitation gathered Monday, Nov. 11,  to share stories and remember.  Tuscola Senior High School’s ROTC cadets were in attendance to raise the nation’s standard and lead veterans and family members in the Pledge of Allegiance.

The veterans were honored with a social and a short program of war remembrances and music.  Tuscola’s ROTC cadets spent the hour visiting with the veterans and learning about their military experiences.

Smoky Mountain Health and Rehabilitation is grateful to all veterans for their service to the country and the Tuscola High ROTC for service to the community.
