Waynesville arrests, Nov. 27

The following is a listing of arrests made by the Waynesville Police Department Nov. 14 through Nov. 27.

Delmica Ji Baerga, 38, of Kentucky Avenue, Waynesville, was arrested on warrants Nov. 21, charging her with four counts felony larceny by employee.

She was jailed under $10,000 unsecured bond and is scheduled to appear in district court Dec. 5.

Michael Tyler McCarter, 21, of Hyder Mountain Road, Clyde, was arrested on warrants Nov. 21, charging him with breaking and entering, larceny and possession of stolen goods — all felonies.

He was jailed under $9,000 secured bond.

Donna Louise Jones, 33, of Leatherwood Street, Waynesville, was arrested on warrants Nov. 19, charging her with felony probation violation, failure to appear in court for a felony probation violation and failure to appear in court for identity theft, possession of stolen goods and other charges.

She was jailed under $60,000 secured bond.

Jacob Michael East, 21, of Mauney Cove Road, was arrested Nov. 19 after a Walmart employee noticed him stealing several items. Officers also found meth on his person.

He was charged with felony possession of meth, larceny shoplifting and disorderly conduct.

He was jailed under $3,000 secured bond and is due in court Dec. 5.

James Daniel Hancock, 35, of Morningview Drive, Waynesville, was arrested Nov. 18 for felony warrants out of South Carolina.

Daniel Loyd Morrison, 28, of Seneca, South Carolina, was arrested after being pulled over at a recent traffic stop on South Main Street for an inspection violation.

Aside from having outstanding warrants out of Jackson County, Morrison was charged with driving without a license, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear in court for fishing without a license.

On Nov. 16, Waynesville police arrested 33-year-old Christopher Stewart Phillips for removing a television from its security wrapping and stealing it from Walmart.

He was charged with larceny by removing a security device and possession of stolen property — both felonies.

Phillips was jailed under $3,000 secured bond and is due in court Dec. 5.

Nov. 14: Mason Eugene Ledford was charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.

Nov. 14: Tyoca Mathis Sturtevant was charged with injury to personal property.

Nov. 14: Tabitha Sue Jones was charged with probation violation.

Nov. 14: Clyde Lloyd Phillips was charged with breaking and entering.

Nov. 14: Stephen Glen Boyd was charged with failure to appear in court for misdemeanor probation violation.

Nov. 15: Joseph Leon Robinson was charged with being drunk and disruptive.

Nov. 15: Russell Lyway McLean IV was charged with communicating threats.

Nov. 16: Elijah Caine Parton was charged with larceny shoplifting, failure to display registration plate and driving without insurance.

Nov. 16: Shelby Jo Crowe was charged with assault inflicting serious injury.

Nov. 16: Danniele Moore was charged with larceny shoplifting and possession of stolen property.

Nov. 16: Taylor Young was charged with larceny shoplifting and possession of stolen property.

Nov. 16: Christopher Stephen Hay was charged with larceny shoplifting and possession of stolen property.

Nov. 17: James Christopher Franklin was charged with larceny.

Nov. 17: Mildred Arrington Grant was charged with larceny and possession of stolen property.

Nov. 17: Lindsay Skye Byers was charged with driving while impaired, failure to appear in court for driving while impaired driving with a revoked license and possession of an open container of alcohol.

Nov. 18: Janice Marie Copper was charged with domestic violence protective order violation.

Nov. 18: Dakota Lee Haynes was charged with larceny.

Nov. 19: Regina Rae Lewis was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 19: Dakota Lee Haynes was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 19: Whitney Jeannene Howell was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 19: Melvin Douglas Smith was charged with failure to appear in court for felony probation violation, identity theft and possession of stolen goods. He was also charged with interfering with a utility meter.

Nov. 20: Michael Tyler McCarter was charged with larceny, possession of stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia and possessing or concealing a weapon.

Nov. 20: Lacey Lorraine Elizabeth Watts was charged with failure to appear in court for two counts driving with a revoked license, two counts misdemeanor probation violations, two counts possession of meth and two counts possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nov. 20: Vaughn Rhinehart was charged with trespassing, assault on a female, larceny and communicating threats.

Nov. 20: Brittany Rochelle May was charged with failure to appear in court for two counts larceny and possession of stolen goods.

Nov. 20: Michael Justin Gage Sorrells was charged with larceny shoplifting and possession of schedule IV and VI controlled substances.

Nov. 20: Stephanie Diane Burgess was charged with larceny shoplifting.

Nov. 20: Leandro Angelo Braga was charged with communicating threats.

Nov. 20: Christopher Dwayne Parton was charged with cyberstalking.

Nov. 20: Jarried Raven Mays was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, larceny and possession of stolen property.

Nov. 21: Shawn Michael McQuaig was charged with failure to appear in court for disorderly conduct.

Nov. 21: Arthur Shane Douville was charged with possession of marijuana.

Nov. 21: Mary Lou Autrey was charged with contempt of court, perjury and court violations.

Nov. 21: Brandon Mark Gibby was charged with failure to appear in court for reckless driving to endanger.

Nov. 21: Tyler Kyle Smith was charged with larceny, possession of stolen property and forgery.

Nov. 21: Inez Evans was charged with trespassing.

Nov. 21: Erica Lachea Cottingham was charged with communicating threats.

Nov. 22: Virgil Lee Clark was charged with assault on a female.

Nov. 22: Shane Richard Mulcahy was charged with trespassing.

Nov. 22: Arthur Paul Sutton Jr. was charged with larceny and possession of stolen property.

Nov. 23: Miranda Nicole Cable was charged with contempt of court, perjury and court violations.

Nov. 23: Louis Vincent Bing was charged with trespassing.

Nov. 23: Jeremy Thomas Reed was charged with being drunk and disruptive.

Nov. 24: Karen Lee Lawhead was charged with larceny shoplifting and larceny.

Nov. 24: Gary William Hummer was charged with driving while impaired and speeding.

Nov. 26: Matthew Reid Hannah was charged with failure to appear in court for possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal summons for driving with a revoked license.

Nov. 26: Timothy Dale Cagle was charged with failure to appear in court for driving with a revoked license and reckless driving to endanger.

Nov. 26: Holly Annie Gunter-Hyatt was charged with communicating threats.

Nov. 26: Ashley Danielle Ducker was charged with domestic assault and battery and communicating threats.

Nov. 27: Brandy Lee Bradley was charged with order for arrest for possession of meth.

Nov. 27: Wayne Eugene Bussler was charged with being drunk and disruptive.
