Waynesville Police Department arrests, Nov. 8
The following is a listing of reported arrests from the Waynesville Police Department Nov. 2 through Nov. 8. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law.
Brandon Lee Gibson, 34, of Ketter Cove Road, Waynesville, was arrested Nov. 6 after police responded to a call about a vehicle break-in on Depot Street.
Gibson was charged with felony breaking and entering a motor vehicle, possessing stolen property, trespassing and injury to personal property.
He was placed under $3,000 secured bond and will appear in court Nov. 16.
Nov. 2: Phoenix Nathaniel Swanger was charged with giving a false report to a police station.
Nov. 2: Tyler Keith Mack was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
Nov. 3: Daniel Eduardo Munoz Najar was charged with driving while impaired and driving with a revoked license.
Nov. 4: Michael Anthony Gonzalez was charged with domestic communicating threats.
Nov. 4: Kyle Wayne Kitchen was charged with possessing drug paraphernalia, simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance and failure to appear in court for expired inspection/fictitious tag.
Nov. 4: Craig Mitchell Shapiro was charged with cyberstalking.
Nov. 4: Hillary Brenna Benfield was charged with larceny, possessing or concealing stolen property and drug violations.
Nov. 4: Jessie Lonnie Harkins was charged with larceny and possessing stolen property.
Nov. 5: Kathy Louise Austin was charged with failure to appear in court for driving with a revoked license.
Nov. 5: Karen Wilson was charged with communicating threats.
Nov. 6: Brittany Danielle Franklin was charged with failure to appear in court for having no operator’s license, expired tag, no inspection and operating a vehicle with no insurance.
Nov. 7: Ana Delores Rathbone was charged with larceny and possessing stolen property.
Nov. 7: Miranda Nicole Cable was charged with forgery, obtaining money or property by false pretense and possessing or concealing stolen property.
Nov. 8: Miranda Nicole Cable was charged with larceny possessing stolen property.
