The Waynesville Parks and Recreation Department now offers a new fitness class at the Waynesville Recreation Center on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. The class is called 20 / 20 / 20.
This class is broken up in 20 minute increments. The first 20 minutes is cardio which is a combination of low impact aerobics and step aerobics. The next 20 minutes is a weight workout concentrating on the upper body that includes the biceps, triceps, shoulders and back. And the last 20 minutes is floor work that includes push ups, legs and abs.
