Healthy Haywood’s Healthy Living Action Team is looking for inspiring people of any age in Haywood County who influence others to aspire to be Healthy.  You can nominate someone and you can also nominate yourself.  Don’t be afraid to nominate yourself if you fit the bill.  Think of it as a way to spread knowledge, and information to others so they too can learn to incorporate healthier habits in their lives.  Past nominations have included those who have lost weight, quit smoking, or simply just like to exercise.
