In this class you will learn hands-on tips and techniques to making the delicious, budget-friendly and healthy whole wheat bagels and English muffins!

Although nothing like making bread, it would be of benefit if you've taken Bread Baking 101 prior so you are familiar with some of the terminology and ingredients which ARE similar!

Leave with a bagel and an English muffin of your own and never again will you have to spend 3 times as much to get it from the store! Because YOU can do it!
