WAYNESVILLE — Willa A. Frizzell Strickland, 66, of Waynesville, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at the Brian Center.  She was born Dec. 28, 1946, in Haywood County.

She is preceded in death by her father, Will Frizzell; and two children, William Charles Strickland and Kenneth Bruce Strickland.

Survivors include, her mother, Nettie Frizzell; sons, Randy and Danny Frizzell, Johnny, Scotty and Joey Strickland; daughters, Angie Gillespie, Patricia and Crystal Strickland; special friend, Allen Strickland; 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
