Winter snows of days gone by

As daily life — and school — is disrupted by yet another winter snow, it's good to remember this in how winter sometimes goes in Haywood County.

Great pictures.  Thanks for the memories of Waynesville & Haywood County SNOW DAYS! The best memories were the days when Lake Junaluska remained frozen solid. You came home from school, slipped on your ice skates, walked through the front yard, and hit the ice skating with friends & family until supper time. Those were the days! Buffy
