The February meeting of the Western North Carolina Civil War Round Table will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 13, in Room # 20, on the second floor, of the Jackson County Justice Center in Sylva.

Three members of the round table will serve as a panel to discuss the Battle of Kennesaw Mountain in Georgia.  Audience participation with questions and comments is expected.  Ray Rouser will present an overview of the battle. Chuck Beemer will present the Union side and Paul Turner will give the Confederate view. The program will give advance information to prepare the group for the spring mini tour of the Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield which is scheduled for mid-April.
